Applications are invited for admission to the Coaching Programme for OPTIONAL SUBJECTS offered by the Academy .  At present, coaching for optional subjects  Geography, History, Malayalam, Political Science & International Relations,  Public Administration and Sociology are offered in the academy.

  • Registration will commence on 15.07.2023.
  • Classes will start on 16.08. 2023.
  • Classes will be in online mode.
  • Fees for the Optional Subject is Rs. 11,800  (Rs.10,000/- + GST 18%.)



Step 1. Click the Registration Link given below.

Step 2.  Click ‘Login’. The Candidates registering for the first time  click  ‘Sign Up’ option in the login page.                                           

If already registered, go to step 4.

Step 3. Provide the required details and create a password having at least  8 characters. Please remember this password for all future login.

Step 4. Go to Login page and sign in

User id – mobile number

Password – created by the candidate in step 3.

Step 5. In the login page click ‘Courses’ and then select ‘OPTIONAL SUBJECT’

 -Then ‘Apply’.

Step 6. Fill the required fields and save.

Students registering for the first time may fill the required fields, upload a recent passport size photo of minimum size of 20 kb and maximum size of 100 kb and save.

Step 7. After successful submission a Register Number will be generated and displayed. Please note this for all future purpose. The Registration Number can also be visible at the ‘Applied Course Details’ in your profile page.

Step 8. Then go to login page and click ‘Payment’ option. This will lead to Payment portal of SBI.

Step 9. Select the fee payment category as “Course Fee – Mains Optional” and pay the fee using the Register Number generated in step 7. The fees for the optional subjects is Rs. 11,800/- (Fees Rs 10,000/- + GST Rs.1,800/-).  Students choosing  the optional subjects Geography, History, Malayalam, Political Science & International Relations,  Public Administration and Sociology, may remit the fee on-line using the link below.  Students opting other subjects may remit the fee only after getting intimation from the Academy.

Step 10. After Successful payment a receipt will be generated. Take the printout of this receipt for future reference. A copy of the e-receipt may be forwarded to

In case the payment status is displayed as ‘pending’ due to any technical problems, you can check the status using ‘ Transaction History’ option available on the top side of the payment page.
