Admission to Civil Service PCM (Weekend), Talent Development Course (TDC) and Civil Service Foundation Course (CSFC)

Kerala State Civil Service Academy (KSCSA) invites applications for admission for the Talent Development courses (TDC), Civil Service Foundation course (CSFC) and PCM course (Weekend) course. The candidates / students having required qualification can register for admission for the courses, as detailed below;

         * The candidates shall produce a course certificate from the Head of the institution in which they are studying to prove that the applicant is undergoing a regular course

Name and address of the KSCSA Centres and course are as follows.

 * In the absence of sufficient number of students for offline classes in any of the Centres the classes will be held in online mode

Last date for registration and fee payment  –   06/07/2024

Commencement of classes  –    07/07/2024

Reservation of Seats

In KSCSA, Kalliassery 51% of the total seats are reserved for SC Community students. In the absence of SC candidates the vacant seats will be filled from ST community students.  If SC / ST community students are not available the vacant seats will be filled from General category students.

In the case of ICSR, Ponnani, 50% of the seats are reserved for students of Muslim Minority Community. In the absence of Muslim minority students, the seats will be filled from General category students.

[*If the no. of applicants (at Ponnani & Kalliassery) exceeds the permissible reservation limits an entrance test will be conducted for the selection of reservation category students.]

Instructions to the candidates for filling Online Application

Step 1. Click the Registration Link given below.

Step 2.  The Candidates registering for the first time  click  ‘New Registration’ option in the login page.  Candidates already registered for any other course, go to step 4

Step 3. Provide the required details and create a password having at least  8 characters. Please remember this password for all future login.

Step 4. Go to Login page and sign in

• User id – mobile number
• Password – created by the candidate in step 3.

Step 5. In the login page click ‘Courses’ and then select the appropriate courses given below according to your qualification.

• Talent Development Course (TDC) – For High School Students
• Civil Service Foundation Course (CSFC) – For +1 and +2 students.
• PCM Weekend 2024-25 – Ongoing Degree / PG students & other Degree  holders including working professionals

Step 6. Fill the required fields and upload a recent passport size photo of minimum size of 20 kb and maximum size of 300 kb.

Step 7. After successful submission a Register Number will be generated and displayed. Please note this for all future purpose. The Registration Number can also be visible at the ‘Applied Course Details‘ in your profile page.

Step 8. Then click ‘Payment’ option.

‘Step 9. Pay the  fee by selecting the category using the Register Number generated in the step 7.

• Course Fee – Talent Development Course (TDC) – For High School Students
• Course Fee –  Civil Service Foundation Course (CSFC) – For +1 and +2 students.
• Course Fee – PCM – College Going – 1  – Ongoing Degree / PG students
• Course Fee – PCM – Other Candidates including Working Professionals

Step 10. After Successful payment a receipt will be generated. Take the printout of this receipt for future reference.

In case the payment status is displayed as ‘pending’ due to any technical problems, you can check the status using ‘ Transaction History’ option available on the top side of the payment page.
