Instructions for Admission

The selection list published is provisional and subject to verification of certificates.

 The candidates included in the selection list shall contact the respective KSCSA centres  before 20-05-2024 for verification of certificates .

Wait listed candidates may contact after 22-05-2024 to ascertain their chance of admission. 

Instruction for Fee payment

1. The  selected candidates are requested to remit the prescribed fee of Rs. 49,200/- only (Tuition Fee – Rs. 40,000/- + GST @18% – Rs. 7,200/- + Caution Deposit – Rs. 2,000/-) through the SBI Payment Portal on or before 02/06/2024.  PLEASE SELECT PAYMENT CATEGORY AS “COURSE FEE – PCM” in the payment portal (Such candidates need not remit the Caution Deposit separately).
2. Facility for payment of fee in 5 instalments [Initial payment Rs.20000 + GST (18%) + Rs.2000 Caution Deposit and 4 equal instalments of Rs.5000 + GST each] is available to the students belonging to BPL Category. Eligible students who wish to avail this facility have to produce the document (Ration Card) to prove BPL Status. They may contact the Coordinators of the Study Centres concerned for more information.
3. BPL category students shall pay the fees only after verification of Ration Cards with the Centre Co-ordinators concerned.
4. The candidates selected under the  MUSLIM MINORITY Quota at the Institute of Career Studies and Research, Ponnani and completed their verification  are requested to remit the CAUTION DEPOSIT of Rs. 2,000/- only through the SBI Payment Portal on or before 02/06/2024.  PLEASE SELECT PAYMENT CATEGORY AS “CAUTION DEPOSIT” in the portal.
5. The Candidates selected and nominated by SC/ST Department through Lakshya Scholarship scheme will only be eligible for fee concession in KSCSA, under SC/ST quota. Candidates who do not come under Lakshya Scholarship scheme may take admission by remitting the entire course fee.

Admission Notification

Kerala State Civil Service Academy (KSCSA) invites applications for admission to the Prelims cum Mains [PCM] course. The candidates / students having required qualification can register for admission for the courses. Admission will be on the basis of an Entrance Test. Details of the course is as below.

Reservation of Seats:

I . SC/ST Reservation / Scholarship

            SC/ST Category students sponsored / nominated by SC / ST Departments are eligible for availing Scholarships / fee concession. For availing Scholarships / Fee concession, SC / ST candidates should apply through ‘Lakshya Scholarship Scheme’ of SC / ST  Development Department . SC / ST Development Department  select the eligible candidates through an entrance test. There will be no separate entrance test in KSCSA for selection of SC / ST candidates for availing fee concession except for admission in KSCSA Centre, Kalliassery (in Kalliassery Centre 51% seats are reserved for SC candidates) . The candidates selected and nominated by SC / ST Department will only be eligible for fee concession in KSCSA. Admission to SC / ST candidates who do not come under ‘Lakshya Scholarship’ can apply for entrance test conducted by KSCSA and such candidates can take admission by remitting fee.

II. In the case of KSCSA, Kalliassery Centre , 51% of the total seats are reserved for SC communities. If SC students are not available, the vacant seats will be filled from ST community students. In the absence of SC / ST students the vacant seats will be filled from General category students.

III. In ICSR, Ponnani, 50% of the seats are reserved for students from Muslim Minority Community

            Students selected under reservation category should provide original Caste Certificate at the time of admission. The  students selected under the reservation category are not required to remit the tuition fee and GST. If no sufficient students are available in the reservation category, KSCSA will be at liberty to admit students from General category.

            100 students who are economically weak are eligible for fee reimbursement based on their income. Notification for selection to this scheme will be issued separately after admission process of the academic year is over. Students who are entitled for benefits under SC / ST and Muslim Minority community reservation do not come under this privilege.

Instructions to the candidates for filling Online Application 

Step 1. Click the Registration Link given below.

Step 2.  The Candidates registering for the first time  click  ‘New Registration’ option in the login page.

Step 3. Provide the required details and create a password having at least  8 characters. Please remember this password for all future login.

Step 4. Go to Login page and sign in

•    User id – mobile number
•    Password – created by the candidate in step 3.

Step 5. In the login page click ‘Courses’ and then ‘PCM  June Batch’ then ‘Apply’.

Step 6. Fill the required fields and upload a recent passport size photo of minimum size of 20 kb and maximum size of 300 kb.

Step 7. After successful submission a Register Number will be generated and displayed. Please note this for all future purpose. The Registration Number can also be visible at the ‘Applied Course Details‘ in your profile page.

Step 8. Then click ‘Payment’ option.

Step 9. Pay the ‘Application fee – PCM’ using the Register Number generated in the step 7.

Step 10. After Successful payment a receipt will be generated. Take the printout of this receipt for future reference.

In case the payment status is displayed as ‘pending’ due to any technical problems, you can check the status using ‘ Transaction History’ option available on the top side of the payment page.
