Admission to Coaching Classes for UPSC Civil Services Examination  – Regular Prelims Cum Mains (PCM Offline) October Batch & PCM (Weekend Online) October Batch

Kerala State Civil Service Academy (KSCSA) invites applications for admission to the 2025 October Batch of  Regular Prelims cum Mains [PCM Offline batch]  at Thiruvananthapuram Centre and PCM Weekend Online Batch. The candidates / students having required qualification can register for admission for the courses as detailed below.

Admission Schedule

100 Regular Batch students who are economically weak are eligible for fee reimbursement based on their income. Notification for selection to this scheme will be issued separately after admission process of the academic year is over. Students who are entitled for benefits under SC / ST and Muslim Minority community reservation do not come under this privilege.

Instructions to the candidates for filling Online Application 

Step 1. Click the Registration Link given below.

Step 2.  The Candidates registering for the first time  click  ‘New Registration’ option in the login page.

Candidates already registered for any other course, go to step 4.             

Step 3. Provide the required details and create a password having at least  8 characters. Please remember this password for all future login.

Step 4. Go to Login page and sign in

• User id – mobile number
• Password – created by the candidate in step 3.

Step 5. In the login page click ‘Courses’ and then select the course

• PCM OCTOBER BATCH  2025-26 – for Regular batch
• PCM WEEKWED ONLINE  OCTOBER BATCH 2025-26 – for Weekend Online  Batch

-Then ‘Apply’.

Step 6. Fill the required fields and save.

Students registering for the first time may fill all the required fields, upload a recent passport size photo of minimum size of 20 kb and maximum size of 300 kb and save.

Step 7. After successful submission a Register Number will be generated and displayed. Please note this for all future purpose.

The Registration Number can also be visible at the ‘Applied Courses‘ in your profile page.

Step 8. Then click ‘Payment’ option. This will lead to Payment portal of SBI. Then Search by Institution as Centre for Continuing Education Kerala

Select the following fee payment category and remit an amount  towards the course fee using the Register Number generated during step 7.

• “Course fee – PCM” – for Regular PCM October Batch and PCM Weekend Online October Batch (Other than College Going Students)
• “Course fee – PCM College Going” –  for PCM Weekend Online – College  Going Students. 

Facility for payment of fee in 5 instalments [Initial payment Rs.20000 + GST (18%) + Rs.2000 Caution Deposit and 4 equal instalments of Rs.5000 + GST each] is available to the students belonging to BPL Category. Eligible students who wish to avail this facility have to produce the document (Ration Card) to prove BPL Status. They may contact the Coordinators of the Study Centres concerned for more information.
