Application for Reimbursement of Air/Train Ticket

Candidates registered for Training for the Personality Test – CSE 2025 under Adoption Scheme of Kerala State Civil Service Academy can  register for Reimbursement of Air/Train Ticket.

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1. Click the Registration Link given below.

Step 2. Then sign in

• User id – mobile number
• Password – created by the candidate earlier.

Step 3. After sign in, click ‘ Personality Test – UPSC Civil Service Examination‘,

Then Select ‘Reimbursement of Air/Train Ticket ‘.

Then Select ‘Registration‘

Step 4.  Applicant may fill up all the required fields, upload – Flight/Train tickets, Boarding passes, Bank passbook of the candidate and the Admit card/e-Summon letter of Personality Test in PDF format. After verification of the details, the candidates can submit the form.

Step 5.  After successful submission candidate can download the submitted form in pdf format by clicking the menu  ‘ Download Submitted Form‘.

Candidates are requested to verify whether all the entries in the downloaded form are correct.

Then submit the following documents to CCEK office  by hand/by post for further processing.

1. Duly signed downloaded application form
2. e-SUMMON Letter
3. Flight/Train tickets
4. Original Boarding passes
5. Bank passbook copy of the candidate
