Spot Admission to Coaching Classes for UPSC Civil Services Examination – April 2026-27 Batch

Kerala State Civil Service Academy (KSCSA) invites applications for admission to the Prelims cum Mains [PCM] course 2026-2027. The candidates / students having required qualification can register for admission for the courses.

Reservation of Seats:

1) 100 students who are economically weak are eligible for fee reimbursement based on their income. Notification for selection to this scheme will be issued separately after admission process of the academic year is over. Students who are entitled for benefits under SC / ST and Muslim Minority community reservation do not come under this privilege

2) SC/ST Reservation / Scholarship

SC/ST Category students sponsored / nominated by SC / ST Departments are eligible for availing Scholarships / fee concession. For availing Scholarships / Fee concession, SC / ST candidates should apply through ‘Lakshya Scholarship Scheme’ of SC / ST Development Departments. SC / ST Development Departments will select the eligible candidates through an entrance test. There will be no separate entrance test in KSCSA for selection of SC / ST candidates for availing fee concession. The candidates selected and nominated by SC / ST Department will only be eligible for fee concession in KSCSA. SC / ST candidates who do not come under Lakshya Scholarship can take admission by remitting prescribed fees.

3) In ICSR, Ponnani, 50% of the seats are reserved for students from Muslim Minority Community

There will be an entrance test for the selection of candidates under Muslim Minority category. The entrance examination will be conducted by the Co-ordinator, ICSR, Ponnani.
The Students selected under this category should provide original caste certificate at the time of admission. The students selected under the reservation category are not required to remit the tuition fee and GST. If no sufficient students are available in the reservation category, KSCSA will be at liberty to admit students from General category.

Instructions to the candidates for filling Online Application 

Step 1. Click the Registration Link given below.

Step 2.  The Candidates registering for the first time  click  ‘New Registration’ option in the login page.

Candidates already registered for any other course, go to step 4.             

Step 3. Provide the required details and create a password having at least  8 characters. Please remember this password for all future login.

Step 4. Go to Login page and sign in

• User id – mobile number
• Password – created by the candidate in step 3.

Step 5. In the login page click ‘Courses’ and then select the course

‘PCM APRIL BATCH [2026-2027]’

-Then ‘Apply’.

Step 6. Fill the required fields and save.

Students registering for the first time may fill all the required fields, upload a recent passport size photo of minimum size of 20 kb and maximum size of 300 kb and save.

Step 7. After successful submission a Register Number will be generated and displayed. Please note this for all future purpose.

The Registration Number can also be visible at the ‘Applied Courses‘ in your profile page.

Instructions to the candidates for Fee Payment

Step 8. Then click ‘Payment’ option. This will lead to Payment portal of SBI.

Search by Institute Centre for Continuing Education Kerala.

‘Step 9. Pay the  fee by selecting the category ‘Course fee – PCM‘ using the Register Number generated in the step 7.
