Use of Library facility by Civil Service aspirants other than KSCSA students

Those who are availing the Library membership for the first time shall remit Rs. 500/- towards membership deposit (refundable)  along with the monthly fee of Rs. 750 + 135 (18% GST). Those remitting monthly fees for the subsequent months need to pay the fee of Rs. 750 + 135 (18% GST) only.

Reading room facility in the Libraries of Kerala State Civil Service Academy to the Civil Service aspirants other than academy students subject to the availability of reading space.
