Admission to Talent Development course (TDC), Civil Service Foundation course (CSFC) and PCM Weekend course
Kerala State Civil Service Academy (KSCSA) invites applications for admission to the Talent Development course (TDC), Civil Service Foundation course (CSFC) and PCM Weekend course. The candidates / students having required qualification can register for admission for the courses, as detailed below;

Reservation of Seats
In KSCSA, Kalliassery* 51% of the total seats are reserved for SC Community students. In the absence of SC candidates the vacant seats will be filled from ST community students. If SC / ST community students are not available the vacant seats will be filled from General category students.
In the case of ICSR, Ponnani*, 50% of the seats are reserved for students of Muslim Minority Community. In the absence of Muslim minority students, the seats will be filled from General category students.
[*If the number of applicants (at Ponnani & Kalliassery) exceeds the permissible reservation limits an entrance test will be conducted for the selection of reservation category students.]
Instructions to the candidates for filling Online Application
Step 1. Click the Registration Link given below.
Step 2. The Candidates registering for the first time click ‘New Registration’ option in the login page. Candidates already registered for any other course, go to step 4
Step 3. Provide the required details and create a password having at least 8 characters. Please remember this password for all future login.
Step 4. Go to Login page and sign in
- User id – mobile number
- Password – created by the candidate in step 3.
Step 5. In the login page click ‘Courses’ and then select the appropriate courses given below according to your qualification. Separate option available for ONLINE and OFFLINE courses .
- Talent Development Course (TDC) – For High School Students
- Civil Service Foundation Course (CSFC) – For +1 and +2 students.
- PCM Weekend Course – Ongoing Degree / PG students & other Degree holders including working professionals
Step 6. Fill the required fields and upload a recent passport size photo of minimum size of 20 kb and maximum size of 300 kb.
Step 7. After successful submission a Register Number will be generated and displayed. Please note this for all future purpose. The Registration Number can also be visible at the ‘Applied Course Details‘ in your profile page.
Step 8. PAYMENT option will be available soon
